:

Wandr Hotels is looking for an Operations Executive – Housekeeping with solid experience in hotel housekeeping and day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties effectively.
- Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and other property areas regularly.
- Ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest check-in.
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requirements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for room and property-related issues.
- Handle housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and inventory.
- Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and operational checklists.
- Ensure compliance with Wandr Hotels' SOPs, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel operations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Hotel Housekeeping is mandatory.
- Experience in a housekeeping supervisory or operations role is preferred.




- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Good team-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations and resolve issues independently.
- Guest-focused, responsible, and proactive approach.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates with experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations are preferred.

Compensation: CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

CTC is non-negotiable.
