Position Overview

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and responsible Operations Coordinator CCTV Surveillance & Reporting to support our U.S.-based Subway restaurant operations. The role involves monitoring live and recorded CCTV footage across multiple restaurant locations, conducting surveillance audits, preparing accurate reports, documenting findings, and coordinating with store teams and managers to support operational and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse CCTV footage and translate observations into clear, accurate, and well-documented reports.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage from Subway restaurant locations across multiple stores.

Conduct regular surveillance audits and operational quality checks based on defined guidelines and client requirements.

Review camera footage carefully to identify operational observations, compliance concerns, process gaps, and other relevant findings.

Prepare daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports summarizing surveillance findings and operational observations.

Ensure all reports are accurate, complete, consistent, and submitted within the required timelines.

Perform quality checks on reports to identify and correct errors, discrepancies, or missing information before submission.

Capture and annotate screenshots and short video clips from CCTV footage to provide supporting evidence for reports and findings.

Maintain proper documentation and organized records of all surveillance audits, findings, supporting evidence, and follow-up actions.

Prepare a weekly camera-status report, highlighting camera availability, functionality, visibility,



recording issues, or other identified technical concerns.

Maintain records of store certifications and related documentation, ensuring information is current and properly organized.

Coordinate with Subway store teams and managers regarding observations, follow-ups, operational concerns, and performance-improvement opportunities.

Work closely with internal team members to ensure timely completion of assigned surveillance and reporting activities.

Maintain a detailed log of calls, emails, orders, follow-ups, and other operational communications using spreadsheets, CRM tools, or other designated systems.

Track open issues and follow up with relevant teams until resolution or closure.

Maintain confidentiality and handle CCTV footage, reports, and client information responsibly.

Follow established SOPs, quality standards, data-handling procedures, and client-specific guidelines.

Escalate critical findings, recurring issues, or significant operational concerns to the appropriate management/client team.

Support management with additional reports, data analysis, documentation, and operational coordination as required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in CCTV surveillance, monitoring, and audit processes.

Familiarity with CCTV/video playback and surveillance software/tools.

Strong understanding of quality assurance and audit procedures.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small discrepancies or irregularities in video footage and reports.

Strong analytical and observational skills.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to prepare professional and easy-to-understand reports.





Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other reporting tools.

Ability to maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation.

Familiarity with CRM tools or case/ticket management systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple locations, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with team members and store managers.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with U.S. client operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations, Management, or a related field preferred.

Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance auditing, quality assurance, operations coordination, BPO/KPO, retail operations, or similar environments will be an advantage.

Experience working with U.S.-based clients or international operations is preferred.

Experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-location operations will be an added advantage.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment and supporting a U.S.-based client through rotational shifts.

Important: This is an office-based role in India supporting a U.S. client and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
