About the role
As an Operations Associate at Anthriq, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing the supply chain pipeline for various product lines. This role requires a highly cross-functional approach, working closely with internal Product & Hardware teams and external vendors and manufacturers to ensure smooth operations. You will be involved in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the supply chain.
This is a high-impact role with ample growth opportunities, requiring adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.
We need someone who is Type A, proactive and very execution-oriented. If something is stuck, you figure out why and get it moving. If a process is broken, you fix it. If you see a problem that nobody has picked up, you pick it up. You should be comfortable working with incomplete information, making decisions and taking things through to closure.
A big part of the role will also be building the operating processes and systems as we scale, rather than simply running an existing setup.
