Operations Executive – General Insurance

Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: AED 1,500 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised Operations Executive to join our General Insurance team.

The role will be responsible for procuring quotations, generating payment links, coordinating policy issuance, managing documentation, and supporting insurance advisors throughout the policy processing journey.

You will work closely with advisors and insurers to ensure accurate processing, timely turnaround, effective follow-ups, and seamless coordination, while managing multiple requests within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Portal-Based Policy Processing

- Procure and generate quotations through insurer portals.
- Review quotations and share relevant options with insurance advisors.
- Generate payment links through insurer portals.
- Process policy issuance through portal underwriting.
- Ensure accuracy of coverage, limits, client details, and other policy information.
- Follow up with insurers for policy issuance where required.

Individual Underwriting – Non-Portal Business

- Support advisors in procuring underwriting terms directly from insurers.
- Follow up with insurers to obtain competitive quotations.
- Request payment links from insurers once confirmation to proceed is received.
- Send issuance approvals to insurers.
- Follow up with insurers for:
- Policy documents
- Receipt vouchers
- Endorsements, where applicable

Documentation & System Management

- Upload finalised policy documents into IMCRM.
- Update invoicing trackers and internal reporting sheets.




- Maintain accurate documentation and complete audit trails.
- Ensure all records and system updates are completed accurately and on time.

Reporting & Operational Tracking

- Maintain daily production and policy issuance reports.
- Track pending quotations and issuance requests.
- Monitor turnaround times and escalate delays where required.
- Provide regular operational updates to the Unit Head.
- Assist in preparing performance and productivity reports.

Sales & Advisor Support

- Support advisors with quotation comparisons and insurer options.
- Provide operational support to other advisors as and when required.
- Assist in gathering missing underwriting information.
- Coordinate with insurers regarding clarifications and special requests.
- Ensure agreed service-level timelines are met.

General Insurance Products

You may work across a range of General Insurance products, including:

- Public Liability
- Property Insurance
- Marine Insurance
- Professional Indemnity
- Contractors All Risk (CAR)
- SME Packages
- Other General Insurance products

What We’re Looking For

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in UAE General Insurance Operations preferred.
- Experience working with insurer portals preferred.




- Exposure to commercial insurance lines preferred.
