Designation- Operations Associate– Leasing (office Spaces)

Job Location – Noida Sec-135

Roles and Responsibilities-

- Leasing of the office spaces of the Investor.
- Making relations with Brokers and agencies in Leasing.
- Meeting with the Interested Party for leasing.
- Facilitating the Agreements of the leasing.
- Taking care of the monthly payments and billings of the Lease rent.




- All other activities in relation to leasing and maintaining of the property.
- For compliance’s included Accounting, GST & TDS
