Account Servicing Operations Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Servicing Operations Analyst to support customer account servicing activities across banking and financial services operations. The role involves processing account maintenance requests, updating customer information, handling loan servicing documentation, processing approved payments, and ensuring accuracy in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process account servicing requests received through ticketing systems.
- Update bank account details, process fee waivers, and handle loan payment date changes.
- Manage payment activation/deactivation requests and prepare loan payoff and paid-in-full letters.
- Review supporting documents and verify information before processing transactions.
- Process Loan Protection Plan claims and approved insurance payments.
- Maintain daily processing spreadsheets and prepare operational reports.
- Reconcile payment discrepancies and ensure accurate transaction records.
- Follow established procedures, authorization rules,



and documentation requirements.
- Escalate exceptions and requests outside delegated authority.
- Complete daily activities within defined deadlines.

Required Skills
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Knowledge of banking, financial services, or loan servicing operations.
- Experience in transaction processing and account administration.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and reconciliation capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple systems, follow procedures, and meet deadlines.

Experience Preferred experience of 1-2+ years in financial services operations, loan servicing, banking operations, payment processing, or a similar transactional role.

Experience with loan management systems, core banking systems, ticketing workflows, and Excel is beneficial.

Language Requirement

French-language capability is required for designated bilingual positions only.
