Position: Team Leader – International Sales

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month

Team Size: Approximately 50 Agents

Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Working: 5.5 Days | Fixed Shift & Fixed Off

Job Responsibilities

- Manage, mentor and motivate a team of approximately 50 agents.
- Drive daily team performance and achieve sales/lead-generation targets.
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, productivity, conversion and call quality.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify improvement areas.
- Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling and communication.
- Monitor calls and ensure quality/process adherence.
- Handle escalations and team-related operational issues.




- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, productivity and process compliance.
- Work with management to improve overall team performance.

Requirements
- Mandatory: Australian International Sales/Lead Generation experience.
- Experience handling 40–50+ agents required.
- 1–2 years of experience in Team Leader/Team Management role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Robust knowledge of sales processes, KPIs, conversion and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and problem-solving skills.
