B. Qualification: Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Electrical) – Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

C. Working Base: All India Basis / Wind Farm Site Locations

D. Salary Range: Based on Experience & Skill

E. Candidate Working Experience Shall Include Following / Shall Be:

- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).

- Perform annual, half-yearly, and routine maintenance activities.

- Carry out troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical faults in WTGs.

- Monitor turbine performance through SCADA systems.

- Support maintenance of generators, gearboxes, cooling systems, pitch systems, yaw systems, motors, sensors, and electrical panels.

- Assist in replacement of turbine components such as pitch drives, yaw drives, motors, converters, and other equipment.

- Prepare and maintain Daily Generation Reports (DGR) and maintenance records.

- Assist in fault diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.

- Ensure proper use of tools, tackles, and safety equipment during maintenance activities.

- Follow company safety procedures, GWO standards, and site regulations.

- Support shutdown activities, inspections, and commissioning-related works.





- Coordinate with site engineers and maintenance teams for smooth execution of work.

F. Job Profile:

- Execute daily O&M; activities of Wind Turbine Generators under site supervision.

- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance works.

- Assist engineers in troubleshooting and resolving turbine breakdowns.

- Monitor turbine performance and report abnormalities.

- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain PPE compliance.

- Report daily work progress to Supervisor / Site Engineer.

- Support site operations to maximize turbine availability and generation.

G. Preference:

Experience in Wind Farm O&M;, Renewable Energy Projects, WTG Maintenance, SCADA Monitoring, or Industrial Maintenance will be preferred.

H. General Traits:

- Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.

- Basic knowledge of Wind Turbine Generators and SCADA systems.

- Ability to work at heights and in field conditions.

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Discipline in following safety rules and site procedures.

- Willingness to travel and work anywhere in India.

- Basic communication skills (Hindi / English / Local Language).
