- Customer Coordination Executive – Logistics to support our day-to-day courier and logistics operations. This is primarily an operations-focused role with significant customer coordination responsibilities . The Executive will support and coordinate shipments throughout their operational lifecycle—from booking and documentation to tracking, customer communication, exception resolution, and successful delivery or closure. The role involves regular coordination with customers, pickup and delivery teams, DTDC branches/hubs, network teams, and internal operations coordinators .

Key areas of responsibility include: Shipment booking, processing and documentation Shipment tracking and proactive follow-up Customer coordination and status communication Exception, escalation and RTO management Pickup and delivery coordination MIS, reconciliation and operational reporting Basic billing, payment and transaction support Retail counter support whenever operationally required The Executive will be expected to take ownership of assigned transactions and operational issues through to closure , rather than simply forwarding queries to other teams. While this is not primarily a retail counter position , the Executive will be trained on counter operations and expected to support walk-in customers, booking, weighing, packaging guidance, billing and service selection whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Shipment Booking &
- Operations

- Process domestic and international shipments accurately.

- Generate AWBs/consignments and ensure correct service selection.

- Verify weight, dimensions, addresses, KYC and supporting documentation.

- Ensure accurate system entries, labelling and shipment handover.

- Shipment Tracking &

- Exception Management

- Proactively track shipments from booking through final delivery.

- Follow up on delays, misroutes, delivery attempts, RTOs and other exceptions.

- Coordinate with DTDC branches, hubs and network teams for resolution.

- Maintain ownership of assigned cases until satisfactory closure.

- Customer Coordination
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer queries.

- Provide proactive shipment status updates wherever required.

- Understand customer requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions.

- Handle complaints and operational concerns with patience and professionalism.

- MIS, Documentation &

- Transaction Control

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and periodic operational MIS.

- Maintain booking, pending shipment and exception reports.

- Support reconciliation, billing and payment-related documentation.

- Ensure operational records are accurate and updated.
