Job Title: Operations Executive – NBFC Department: Operations Job Location: Navi Mumbai Job SummaryWe are looking for an Operations Executive to handle loan processing, documentation, customer verification, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end personal loan processing and documentation. Verify customer KYC documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and other required documents.

Check loan applications for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with the Credit, Sales, Accounts, and Verification teams. Manage loan files and ensure timely disbursement. Maintain customer records, MIS reports, and loan-related data.





Follow up on pending documents and applications. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support loan account updates and post-disbursement activities.

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in NBFC or banking operations preferred. Knowledge of personal loan processing and KYC documentation. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and loan management software (LOS/LMS). Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
