We are looking for an experienced OP Manager to oversee outpatient operations at a hospital in Vijayawada. The role involves managing day-to-day OP services, coordinating with clinical and support departments, improving patient flow, and ensuring efficient outpatient operations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or outpatient management.

- Experience in managing outpatient department operations preferred.

- Relevant qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Robust knowledge of hospital workflows and patient-service processes.

- Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day outpatient department operations.

- Monitor patient flow, registration, appointments, and service coordination.





- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments.

- Supervise OP staff and ensure efficient allocation of responsibilities.

- Address operational and patient-service issues promptly.

- Monitor waiting times and support improvements in patient experience.

- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

- Monitor departmental performance and identify areas for operational improvement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
