At Aura Advert, we deliver top-tier creative and digital services to a global clientele. We are expanding our international reach and looking for an aggressive, self-motivated International Freelance Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team on a partnership basis.

Role Overview

This is a Purely Commission-Based / Revenue-Sharing Contract. There is NO FIXED SALARY. Your monthly earnings are entirely dependent on your performance. We offer an exceptionally high percentage split on every global project you successfully bring in and close.What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

- Lead Generation: Actively scout and identify high-value international projects on marketplaces like Fiverr, Guru.com, and Freelancer.com.
- Bidding & Proposal Writing: Write compelling, highly customized proposals that stand out from competitors to win project bids.
- Client Conversion: Handle end-to-end communication and negotiations with foreign clients to convert inquiries into active contract orders.
- Profile Optimization: Set up, manage, and optimize our agency/company profiles on freelance portals to improve search rankings and inbound inquiries.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- Proven Track Record:



At least 1 year of hands-on experience bidding and successfully securing projects on Fiverr, Guru, or Freelancer.com and other portals.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional written English communication skills are mandatory to effectively deal with US, UK, and European clients.
- Closing Skills: Strong negotiation, pricing strategies, and deal-closing capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly disciplined individual who can work independently and treats this role as running their own business entity.
