We are looking for an experienced IT Bidder with 2 years of experience in IT Sales & Business Development, with strong hands-on experience in Upwork bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find and bid on relevant IT projects on Upwork.
- Prepare customized proposals and handle client communication.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and project discussions.
- Achieve monthly bidding and business development targets.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in IT bidding/IT sales.
- Robust Upwork experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of web/app/software development services.
- Excellent English communication and proposal-writing skills.




- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field.
