: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Purpose The Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by providing functional consulting along with hands-on technical support,

configuration, and customization in Odoo ERP.

Key Responsibilities

 Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions

 Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR,

and CRM

 Prepare functional and technical documentation (FS, TS, workflows)

 Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations

 Perform functional testing, assist in UAT, and support deployments

 Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting

 Support data migration, reports, and basic integrations

Technical & Functional Skills

 Solid understanding of Odoo business flows and configurations





 Basic to intermediate knowledge of Odoo technical architecture

 Ability to read/debug Odoo code (Python, XML)

 Good understanding of PostgreSQL and Odoo ORM

 Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Experience & Qualifications

 Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

 Experience in at least 2–3 Odoo implementations

 Odoo Certification is a plus

 Willingness to relocate to Bihar for 1 Year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
