Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our development team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Odoo customization, module development, and Python programming.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
- Customize existing Odoo applications and develop new features.
- Work with Odoo ORM, models, views, and controllers.
- Develop and modify modules using Python and XML.
- Customize forms, reports, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and perform database operations.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Perform testing, debugging, and maintenance of Odoo applications.




- Assist with Odoo upgrades and module migration.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other team members.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Good knowledge of Python programming and OOP concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo framework and module customization.
- Understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, and controllers.
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic to positive understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo Community or Enterprise editions.
- Knowledge of QWeb report customization.
- Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu environments.
- Understanding of ERP implementation and business workflows.
- Experience with Odoo website or e-commerce modules.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
