The Opportunity

We are seeking dynamic, skilled, and compassionate Occupational Therapists to join our team in Dombivli-Kalyan.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify functional, physical, cognitive, sensory, and developmental needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and functional requirements.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve independence and quality of life.
- Provide therapeutic activities, functional training, task-oriented rehabilitation, and activities of daily living (ADL) training.
- Assess and address difficulties related to mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, cognition, sensory processing, and functional performance.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding home programs, adaptive strategies, injury prevention, and long-term functional independence.
- Recommend and train patients in the appropriate use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment where required.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, physicians, speech therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow professional and ethical standards of practice.




- Participate in case discussions, clinical learning, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT) or equivalent.
- Current registration/licensure as a practicing Occupational Therapist, as applicable.
- Clinical knowledge and practical experience in areas such as neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, paediatric therapy, geriatric care, or functional rehabilitation.
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on functional outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (1 year or more preferred).
