Key Responsibilities

- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through design and delivery phases of projects.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions.

- Establish and enforce development best practices and coding standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.

- Familiarity with integration techniques in enterprise environments.
