About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Manager to lead the end-to-end O2C process across multiple sales channels, including Marketplaces and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs/Kiosks).

The role requires strong expertise in receivables, reconciliations, collections, deductions, and cash flow management while ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in team management, channel reconciliations,

and driving process efficiencies within a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle across Marketplace and EBO/Kiosk channels.

 Lead and mentor the O2C team through regular daily reviews, performance monitoring, and process improvements.

 Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of customer accounts, marketplace settlements, and

EBO collections.

 Monitor and drive collections to improve receivable aging and maintain healthy cash flows.

 Review and validate marketplace commissions, payment settlements, and recovery of outstanding amounts.

 Handle customer deductions, claims, short payments, chargebacks, and ensure timely resolution.

 Track and reconcile marketing spends, promotional claims, trade schemes, and related recoveries.

 Monitor free goods (FOC/Free Goods) issued under promotional campaigns and ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation.

 Drive cash flow planning by ensuring timely realization of receivables and minimizing working capital blockage.

 Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Commercial,



Supply Chain, and Marketplace teams to resolve operational issues.

 Establish strong internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

 Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, aging reports, collection status, deduction analysis, and management presentations.

 Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

 Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA Finance/CMA.

 6–10 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Commercial Finance, or

Revenue Accounting.

 Prior experience managing O2C operations for Marketplaces and Retail/EBO channels is highly preferred.

 Experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, D2C, Beauty & Personal Care, or Consumer

Durables industries is preferred.

Required Skills

 Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

 Hands-on experience in receivables management and collections.

 Expertise in account reconciliations and settlement management.

 Knowledge of marketplace commission structures and payment cycles.

 Experience handling deductions, claims, promotional spends, and free goods reconciliation.

 Strong cash flow and working capital management capabilities.

 Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,

or similar.

 Robust communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
