About the Role

We are looking for a Nutritionist / Dietitian – Sales Counselor who can combine strong nutrition knowledge with excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills.

This is primarily a sales and client-counseling role, where you will speak with prospective clients, understand their health and lifestyle concerns, explain ReDial Clinic's programs, address their questions, and convert genuine enquiries into program enrollments.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Nutrition/Dietetics and be comfortable having sales conversations with clients. You should be able to understand a client's basic nutritional and lifestyle concerns and communicate our programs in a simple, professional, and trustworthy manner.

This role is not a pure clinical nutritionist/dietitian position. The primary responsibility will be lead handling, counseling, follow-ups, customer conversion, and enrollment, supported by your nutrition knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Speak with prospective clients and understand their health, nutrition, weight-management, and lifestyle concerns.
- Use your nutrition knowledge to understand client requirements and have meaningful conversations with them.
- Explain ReDial Clinic's metabolic health, weight-management, diabetes, and lifestyle-management programs clearly.
- Counsel prospective clients regarding the program structure, process, benefits, and suitability.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into program enrollments through effective counseling and sales communication.
- Handle objections, concerns, pricing-related queries, and other questions professionally.




- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
- Take complete ownership of assigned leads from initial enquiry until enrollment.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, clinical operations, and other internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to enrollment/onboarding.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up consistently with leads and ensure there are no missed or unattended enquiries.
- Meet assigned sales and conversion expectations while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Required Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in nutrition, dietetics, healthcare counseling, healthcare sales, wellness programs, or a similar field.
- Strong interest and ability to work in sales, counseling, and client conversion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp conversations, and regular follow-ups.
- Strong customer/patient-handling skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to explain nutrition and healthcare concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, and a result-oriented approach.

Candidates with a purely clinical nutrition background are welcome, provided they are genuinely interested in and comfortable with a sales-focused counseling role.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can effectively combine:

You should be able to speak confidently with a client, understand their concern, explain how our program can help, address their doubts, and guide them towards making an informed decision about enrollment.

Work Details:

Location: Green Park Extension, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Hours: 12 pm to 8 pm (8 Hours Shift)

Working Days: 6 days a week
