Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to plan, develop, and implement training programs for nursing staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing clinical skills, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and improving overall patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff (new joiners and existing employees)
- Conduct orientation sessions for newly recruited nurses
- Evaluate training needs and prepare structured learning modules
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards
- Organize workshops, seminars, and continuous education programs
- Monitor and assess staff performance and competency levels
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps
- Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare guidelines

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
