? Hiring: Assistant Manager – NPD | Fabrication / Heavy Fabrication

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – New Product Development (NPD) with strong expertise in fabrication and heavy fabrication to drive new product development from concept to production.

? Key Responsibilities

New Product Development

Lead NPD activities from prototype development to production, ensuring timely launch of new products.

Fabrication & Heavy Fabrication

Strong hands-on experience in fabrication processes, welding, structural fabrication, heavy fabrication, and related manufacturing practices.

Process & Production Engineering

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, welding sequences, fixtures, tooling, and production methods for improved quality and productivity.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with Design, Quality, Production, Purchase,



and Suppliers to ensure smooth development and successful product industrialization.

Cost, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Drive cost reduction, process improvement, quality enhancement, and manufacturability initiatives while meeting customer and project requirements.

? Preferred Profile

Experience: 5–10 years in NPD / Fabrication / Heavy Fabrication

Solid knowledge of Welding, Fabrication, GD&T;, Drawings, Fixtures & Manufacturing Processes

Experience in prototype development and product industrialization

Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills

Engineering qualification preferred: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production
