Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and create detailed designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, costing analysis, and P&L; projections for new product initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product development process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of new product design, development, testing, and commercialization processes.
- Proficiency in creating detailed technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Experience with RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
