Responsibilities:

- Handle non-voice tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Process orders, handle customer queries, and resolve issues through email, chat, or other non-voice channels.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Qualification: 10+2, Graduates, and Postgraduates.
- Freshers: Starting salary of 16,000.
- Experienced:



Salary up to 20,000 (2+ years experience).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. VT9 quality standards.
- Age criteria: Up to 32 years.
- Shifts: Female: 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Male: Any 9 hours shifts between 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore.
