Achiever's organization is seeking a Non-Technical Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for non-technical positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop effective sourcing strategies.
This individual will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the best candidates are identified for each position. Additionally, the Non-Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. #Location:- Work From Home / Noida/ Indore/ Bangalore/ Mumbai.
