Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/search relevant candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, location, notice period, and communication.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule and follow up on interview rounds.
