Role & responsibilities

- Solid knowledge of weld shop processes, including MIG Welding, TIG

Welding, Projection Welding, Spot Welding, Robotic Welding.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and implementation of mistake-

proofing (Poka-Yoke) techniques.
- Proven track record in process optimization and implementation of Lean

Manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to jigs and fixtures design,

development, and improvement.
- Knowledge of process validation, process development, and successful

implementation of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for: In-house

rejections, Customer complaints, Corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to identify Non-Value-Added (NVA) activities/processes and

implement effective countermeasures for elimination.
- Practical knowledge and implementation experience in VAVE (Value

Analysis & Value Engineering), Kaizen & Poka-Yoke.




- Proficiency in GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) & AutoCAD
- Ability to support Safety, Quality, and Operations initiatives, including:

Scrap reduction, OEE improvement, Cost reduction, Continuous process improvement activities.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining process documentation,

including Work Instructions (WI) Process FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
