Seeking Experienced Candidates.

Minimum 2 Year Experience Needed in NICU / PICU

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labour
- assist obstetricians during normal and assisted deliveries
- prepare and maintain labour room equipments and sterile statement
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- provide emotional support and reassurance to mother and families
- Assist in emercency obstetric procedure when required
- perform immidiate recent born care
- maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques
- document labour process ,Delivery details ,and nursing notes
- coordinate with NICU, pediatricians ,OT staff if complications arise
- ensure cleanliness ,safety ,and readiness of the labour room at All times

Required Qualifications:

- - Education: B.sc/GNM
- - Licensure:



Kerala Registered Nurse (KNMC) license.
- - Experience: Minimum 2 year preferred in Labour Room

- - Critical Thinking: Quick assessment and action
- clinical judgment -safe decision making based on patient condition .
- observation skills - early identification of complications
- Emergency response -prompt handling of obstetric emergencies
- team coordination and communication- smooth work with OT ,NICU,and Ward staff,clear interaction with doctors and patient
