NexusCurve is looking for an experienced Senior C#/.NET Developer / Senior Software Engineer for a remote freelance opportunity, with strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Sensitive Information Protection.

The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise application development experience and be comfortable working across software engineering, SharePoint, Azure cloud services, information protection, security, compliance and Microsoft 365 integrations.

- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven ownership of complex enterprise applications or platforms
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
- Strong C#, .NET / .NET Core and Object-Oriented Programming experience
- Robust REST API development and integration experience
- Experience with asynchronous processing and enterprise application development
- Strong SQL skills including relational data modelling, query development, troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Azure Function Apps
- Experience with Azure App Services, Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus and Application Insights
- Experience with Azure Log Analytics and cloud monitoring
- Strong experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection / Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
- Experience with sensitivity labels, encryption, content classification and protected-document workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise Sensitive Information Protection (SIP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), records management, information governance or compliance solutions
