Develop new products based on customer requirements and market needs.

- Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Design product concepts and prepare engineering drawings or CAD models.
- Select appropriate raw materials and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate prototype development and testing.
- Plan and conduct product validation and performance testing.
- Work with production to establish manufacturing methods and work instructions.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), process flow charts, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with purchasing to source current materials and components.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Resolve technical issues during prototype and production stages.
- Implement design changes based on customer feedback or manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Lead product launch activities and ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
- Drive continuous improvement of existing products and manufacturing processes
