Insta Parenting is an award-winning, AI-powered EdTech B2B SaaS company focused on early childhood development and modern parenting. We create play-based activities, life-skills curriculum, assessment tools and resources for children aged 0–8 years.

About the Role : We are looking for a passionate Content & Curriculum Expert to develop engaging, age-appropriate content and school-ready Life Skills Curriculum for children aged 0–8 years.

The role also involves supporting the development and testing of a Life Skills Psychometric Assessment Tool, including assessment frameworks, behavioural rubrics and scoring systems.

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop age-appropriate Life Skills content, curriculum, activities and games.
- Contribute to the year-long Life Skills Curriculum for schools and parents. - Research current practices in early childhood education, child development, pedagogy and neuroscience.
- Develop life-skills frameworks, assessment items, observation checklists and behavioural rubrics.
- Support baseline,



monitoring and endline assessments for teachers, parents and children.
- Assist with scoring frameworks, psychometric validation and report-card development.
- Write blogs and social-media content related to child development and parenting.
- Review existing content for quality, relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate technology into curriculum and assessment solutions.
- Support Insta Parenting's on-ground parenting events.

Requirements -

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Human Development, Child Development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy and educational theories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in designing engaging learning experiences for children.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
