Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at the DMC Cars Maruti Suzuki Arena showroom in Gaya. This role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, explaining vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, and guiding customers through the complete sales process from inquiry to delivery. The specialist will support showroom promotions, implement local marketing campaigns, coordinate with the service and insurance teams, and follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, meeting assigned targets, participating in training sessions,



and ensuring a qualified and welcoming showroom environment. The role requires close collaboration with management and team members to enhance customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, handle concerns, and provide a positive showroom and service experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and close deals ethically.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and basic Training skills to help track performance, support team goals, and adopt best practices.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or field marketing is an advantage but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
- Ability to work on-site in Gaya, meet sales targets, use basic computer applications, and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of local market trends in Bihar and comfort communicating in English and regional languages will be advantageous.
