Role Description The Network TAC Expert is responsible for providing advanced technical support and incident resolution for enterprise network environments, acting as a key escalation point for complex network issues. In this contract role, the expert will monitor network performance, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, implement fixes, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain high availability and security. Daily tasks include analyzing network incidents, validating and executing changes, documenting root causes, and recommending improvements to network design and operations.





The position is hybrid, based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility to support business and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong networking fundamentals and experience with Networking and Network Administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in Troubleshooting complex network issues in multi-vendor, enterprise environments.
- Practical knowledge of Network Security principles, policies, and tools, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Experience in Network Design, configuration, and optimization for scalable and resilient architectures.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent are highly beneficial.
- Hands-on experience with common network devices and platforms (routers, switches, load balancers, SD-WAN).
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment, including shifts and on-call rotations as needed.
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to document incidents and solutions effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with global teams and customers in a multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
