Interview Process

- Final round Face-to-Face (F2F) interview is mandatory at the office.

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Good understanding of basic routing and switching concepts.

- Expertise in remote infrastructure management for networks.

- Hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting of Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point firewalls, or other network security technologies.

- Experience in day-to-day firewall administration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of IOS upgrades and software strategies.

- Hands-on experience configuring URL filtering, file blocking, and security profiles in Palo Alto firewalls.

- Ability to review network security threat logs for intrusions and compromises and provide solutions.

- Good knowledge of authentication methods such as RADIUS and TACACS.

- Good knowledge of firewall migration from different vendors such as ASA and Check Point to Palo Alto Firewall.

- Knowledge of Radware Server Load Balancer, WAF, NAC, SSL VPN (Pulse Secure), and cloud security products for CSPM and CASB.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for on-call escalations and perform root cause analysis.

- Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA for ticket volume and resolution time.

- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.





- Work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base updates and management.

- Configure objects on Panorama and push configurations to Palo Alto Firewall.

- Configure GRE and IPsec tunnels on Panorama and push configurations to Palo Alto Firewall.

- Configure dynamic updates on Panorama and push configurations to Palo Alto Firewall.

- Configure NAT policies on Panorama and push configurations to Palo Alto Firewall.

- Configure security policies on Panorama and push configurations to Palo Alto Firewall.

- Prepare plans for Firewall OS version upgrades recommended by the OEM.

- Prepare plans for Panorama OS version upgrades recommended by the OEM.

- Configure High Availability on Panorama and Palo Alto Firewall.

- Configure policies and perform troubleshooting on Radware Server Load Balancer, LinkProof, and WAF.

- Configure and troubleshoot SSL VPN policies.

- Perform vulnerability assessment of vulnerabilities published by the OEM.
