Education: Science Graduate (IT / Computer), preferably, BE/B. Tech/MCA, Diploma or Science Graduates with relevant experience are accepted.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise:

· Acted as the escalation point for Help Desk (HD) and Level 2 engineers.

· Worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network and security infrastructure.

· Designed and developed secure network architectures for large-scale projects.

· Created design documents: Basis of Design, SOW, HLD, LLD, Implementation Plans

· Implemented firewalls, IPS, VPNs, SSL offload, DDoS protection, device hardening, and other security controls.

· Designed LAN, WAN, VPN requirements for Data Centers and branches.

- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot complex network environments, including routing, switching and security infrastructure.
- Configure, deploy, and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).
- Manage VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and other switching configurations.
- Work on WAN optimization, QoS configurations, and traffic shaping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network integration and upgrades.
- Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.

· Managed end-to-end project lifecycle – planning, design, implementation, testing, and handover. · Participated in Functional Design Document review meetings.

· Took ownership of incident and change management, including root cause analysis.

· Worked on security threat identification and mitigation.





· Verified configuration and architecture changes made by other teams.

· Closed all audit findings within deadlines and provided required evidence.

· Ensured all network devices followed security best practices and internal policies.

· Supported branch design teams to implement security from day one.

· Assisted with deployment, installation, and hardware configuration, including offsite.

· Maintained network documentation: configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

· Provided 24x7 support for critical network operations.

· Configured user authentication via TACACS, RADIUS, and AAA protocols.

· Implemented privilege-based access, password encryption, and secure terminal access.

· Addressed vulnerabilities from OEMs, CERT, SOC, and internal audits.

· Handled incident and problem management, tracking issues till resolution.

· Collaborated with OEM technical teams for advanced issue resolution.

· Strong in communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.

· Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.

· Aruba Central Cloud management.

· Aruba CX, AOS and Comware Switches (6300M, 8360, 6400, 8100, 2930M ,5940)

· Aruba WLAN Gateway managed by Aruba Central (9200 & 7200 Series - AOS 10)

· Aruba Access Points managed by Aruba Central (515 & 655 - AOS 10)

· Juniper Router, Switches, Mist Access Points, SRX firewalls

· ClearPass Policy Manager

· FortiGate Firewall

· Paloalto Firewall

· Checkpoint Firewall

Certifications:

Any of the Certification mentioned below (or equivalent)

· Cisco CCNP Enterprise

· Juniper JNCIP-ENT, JNCIP-MistAI

· Aruba – ACP, ACSP

· Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)

· Aruba Certified ClearPass Skilled

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
