1. Business Development & Revenue Generation:

Drive advertising revenue for Republic TV s linear channels by identifying and acquiring new clients across sectors.

Grow business from existing accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and customized media solutions.

2. Client & Agency Management:

Build strong relationships with key media agencies and direct clients.

Collaborate with agency planners / buyers and brand managers to create effective and cutting-edge ad campaigns.

3. Sales Strategy & Planning:

Create account-level sales strategies and implement them to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Provide market intelligence,



competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities.

4. Campaign Execution & Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams - Programming, Traffic, Operations, and Creative - to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Monitor performance, track deliverables, and ensure high client satisfaction.

4-7 years of relevant experience in Media Ad Sales, preferably with exposure to Linear Television.

Strong existing relationships with media agencies and clients.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
