TCS is Hiring for "Network Administrator (CISCO Meraki Experience)"

? Location: Chennai/Bengaluru

? Experience: 5 – 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must-Have:

1. ✔Responsible for Network Administration and Network Security Administration using Cisco Meraki platform.
2. ✔Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cisco Meraki MX Security Appliances, MS Switches, and MR Wireless Access Points.
3. ✔Experience with Meraki Dashboard administration, network monitoring, policy management, and firmware upgrades.
4. ✔Robust knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VLANs, VPNs (Site-to-Site & Client VPN), DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation.
5. ✔Experience in troubleshooting network performance, connectivity issues, wireless infrastructure,



and security-related incidents.
6. ✔Implement network changes, perform security-related tasks, and recommend improvements to existing network infrastructure.
7. ✔Monitor network health, availability, and performance through Meraki cloud-based management tools.

Good-to-Have

1. ✔Experience with Cisco Catalyst Switches and Cisco Routing technologies.
2. ✔Exposure to Public Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
3. ✔Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC), IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust concepts.
4. ITSM tools and ITIL process awareness.
5. ✔Basic understanding of network automation and scripting using Python or PowerShell.
