The NetSuite Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective NetSuite solutions. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, project management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess Client Needs: Understand and analyze clients' business processes and requirements.
- Implementation: Lead and execute the implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions.
- Customization: Customize NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow to meet specific client needs.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite applications.
- Training: Train clients on the use of NetSuite and develop user documentation.
- Best Practices: Advise clients on NetSuite best practices and optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Accounts & Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite implementations and customizations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow. Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles especially US GAAP.
- Experience with other ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in NetSuite or related fields.
