Salary - ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month Performance Incentives

Monthly Incentive: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000

Potential Monthly Earning: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000

Incentives will be based on qualified leads, lead quality, business opportunities and overall performance.

About the Role

Ndimension Labs is looking for a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager who can take ownership of our digital marketing and, most importantly, generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.

This is a performance-focused role. Lead generation is the primary responsibility and core KPI.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify the right target markets, create campaigns, find potential clients and continuously improve lead-generation results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B lead-generation strategies.
- Identify target industries, companies, markets and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads for Web Development, Mobile App Development, eCommerce, Custom Software, AI/ML and other NDL services.
- Manage lead-generation campaigns through LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Email and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Build and manage prospect lists.
- Develop and test different outreach and marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Track leads, lead quality, conversion and campaign performance.
- Identify new markets and lead-generation opportunities.
- Work with the sales/management team to convert marketing opportunities into business.
- Prepare regular performance reports.





What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or B2B Lead Generation.
- Robust understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing and/or SEO.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify target audiences and decision-makers.
- Data-driven approach to marketing.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Experience in IT Services, Software, SaaS or Technology marketing is an advantage.
- International lead-generation experience is an advantage.

This is not primarily a social media posting role.

We are not looking for someone whose main focus is followers, likes or content posting.
