Position: Mutual Fund Back Office Executive

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Hiring: Immediate / Urgent

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage client portfolios and transaction records
- Process mutual fund investments and SIP-related updates
- Maintain KYC, FATCA & proposal documentation
- Monitor transaction status and confirmations
- Handle exception and invalid order reports
- Coordinate with AMCs for transaction-related activities
- Support client onboarding through BSE platforms




- Maintain and update mutual fund databases
- Handle non-financial transactions and MF Central activities
- Generate monthly invoices across AMCs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth MF operations
- Support compliance requirements and timely issue resolution

REQUIREMENTS

✅ 2–4 years of experience in Mutual Fund / Financial Services

✅ Strong understanding of Mutual Fund Operations

✅ Knowledge of BSE Star MF, CAMS Edge 360 & KFintech

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel

✅ Strong communication and coordination skills

✅ Positive time-management and organisational skills

⭐ NISM Series V-A certification preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
