We are looking for high-impact leaders across four strategic roles:

⃣ CSOO Office & Transformation

- Focus: Drive zero-to-one programs, cross-functional strategic initiatives, and end-to-end Agentic AI & automation implementations directly with executive leadership.
- Experience: 5–14 years leading complex business transformation, process redesign, and business-side AI/analytics deployments in tech-led consumer services, Insurtech, fintech or logistics.





⃣ Head – Service Quality & Process Excellence

- Focus: Establish enterprise SOPs, lead People-Process-Technology audits across customer service & repair networks and own RCA/CAPA to drive measurable Customer Experience and operational quality.
- Experience: 10 years + in service quality, operational excellence or service audit within after-sales, insurance, e-commerce or tech-enabled customer operations.

⃣ Head – Partner Success & Performance Management

- Focus: Build and run the partner governance framework, automated MIS dashboards, and WBR/MBR review cadences across service centers, 3PL logistics, and contact centers.
- Experience: 10 years + in partner operations, performance management or CX governance, managing multi-location partner ecosystems and data-driven action closures.
