Position
IT Support Executive/Assistant Manager
Department
Information Technology
Job Purpose To provide end-to-end IT infrastructure and application support for branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning of NBFC business applications, hardware,
network, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support
Provide first-level support for LOS, LMS, Collection and other business applications.
Resolve user issues related to application access, functionality, and data synchronization.
Coordinate with application vendors for issue resolution and follow-up.
Hardware & Infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices,Camera, scanners, and networking equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and peripheral issues.
Ensure timely replacement or repair of faulty equipment.
Network Support
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
Coordinate with ISPs for network-related incidents.
Maintain branch network uptime.
User Support
Provide on-site and remote support to branch users.
Handle password resets, email configuration, Microsoft Office, and Windows-
related issues.
Conduct basic user training on IT systems.
Security & Compliance
Ensure endpoint antivirus is updated.
Follow IT security policies and compliance requirements.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist during internal and external IT audits.
Asset Management
Track issuance and return of IT assets.
Maintain inventory records and warranty details.
Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly IT support reports.
Monitor pending tickets and ensure timely closure.
Maintain SLA for incident resolution.
Required Skills
Windows 10/11 Administration
Microsoft Office 365
Basic Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
Active Directory (preferred)
Remote support tools (AnyDesk, Ultra-Viewer, etc.)
Hardware troubleshooting
Printer and biometric device support
Educational Qualification
B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT), BCA, MCA, Diploma in Computer
Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience
0–3 years in IT Support.
Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance (MFI), or Financial Services is preferred.
Preferred Attributes

Ability to travel within the assigned region.
