Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a MSME/ LAP/ GOLD Loan Territory Sales Officer. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities for MSME loans, loan against property (LAP), and gold loans within the assigned territory, with a focus on micro-entrepreneurs and small business customers.

Officer will build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers, conduct field visits, explain loan products, collect documentation, and support customers through the application and disbursement process. The role includes achieving sales and collection targets, maintaining portfolio quality,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in field sales, customer acquisition, and territory management, preferably in MSME, LAP, or gold loan products.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities, with experience working with rural and semi-urban customers or micro-entrepreneurs.
- Basic financial assessment and documentation skills, including understanding of loan processes, KYC, and credit evaluation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages; ability to explain financial products clearly and transparently.
- Ability to work on-site, travel extensively within the territory, and meet defined business targets under timelines.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate in any discipline; a background in finance, commerce, or business management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in microfinance, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred, especially in retail or secured lending.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile or digital platforms for loan processing and reporting.
- High level of integrity, adherence to compliance and regulatory norms, and commitment to inclusive and responsible lending.
