Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Fabric Data Warehouse, Fabric Data Factory/Pipelines and Notebooks, with expertise in Azure services such as ADLS, Azure SQL and Synapse.

- Robust proficiency in SQL, Spark, PySpark and Python, with experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation processes, performance optimization and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of Medallion Architecture, data modelling, data integration, data quality and governance, along with experience supporting data-platform migration and modernization.

- Strong Power BI experience including semantic models, datasets, enterprise reporting and Direct Lake / Import / DirectQuery, with hands-on experience in analytics and reporting solutions.

- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, code reviews, technical leadership and mentoring, including translating architecture into implementation, conducting POCs/technical discussions, stakeholder collaboration and delivering production-ready solutions.
