Role Summary The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications solutions spanning Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure-based integrations. The role requires strong consulting, solutioning, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture and design across Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Conduct discovery workshops, business process assessments, and solution envisioning sessions.
- Define future-state business processes, application architecture, data strategy, security model, and integration architecture.
- Architect solutions covering Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and ERP processes.
- Design integrations with ERP, CRM, third-party applications, ISVs, APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Microsoft ecosystem products.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Establish solution governance, best practices, ALM, DevOps, security, and quality standards.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, effort estimations, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Drive adoption of AI, Copilot, automation, analytics, and modern business applications.

Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service,



Marketing/Customer Insights).
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central including Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution processes.
- Deep knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI capabilities, and automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, integrations, APIs, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and middleware platforms.
- Experience in data migration, master data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Knowledge of solution lifecycle management, DevOps, governance, and security frameworks.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
- Business Central Functional or Technical certifications.
- Power Platform Solution Architect certification.
- Experience leading large-scale global ERP and CRM transformation programs.
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Financial Services, or Qualified Services industries.
