Qualification: ITI / CIPET

Experience: 2–4 years in injection molding

Required knowledge/skills

 Injection-molding machines

 Mold setting and changeover

 Process parameter setting

 Mold handling

 Basic troubleshooting

 Rejection analysis

 Machine/process monitoring

 Basic computer knowledge

 Production reporting

 Manpower allocation

 Material/regrind control

 Safety and 5S

Role: Supervise multiple molding cells, support operators, handle first-level troubleshooting and ensure production/process discipline.
