Location: Bangalore – Onsite
Position Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-3 years (Required)
Company Overview:
Panorbit is your all-encompassing agency for everything marketing. From engaging campaigns to cutting-edge tech tools, we blend creativity and technology to deliver comprehensive solutions that make brands shine.
Our team is a dynamic mix of master storytellers, visionary artists, tech experts, and cinematic geniuses, all dedicated to breaking free from conventional thinking with bold creativity. Join us to be part of a team that thrives on innovation and creativity.
The Role:
We are looking for a versatile Motion Graphics & Video Editor to join our in-house team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our post-production, blending high-level motion design with sharp narrative editing.
Your day-to-day will be highly varied: you might spend the morning animating dynamic text and graphics for a social media campaign, the afternoon pacing out a tense micro-drama, and the next day structurally cutting a long-form podcast or documentary. If you are a visual storyteller who thinks in keyframes but knows how to cut for emotion and rhythm, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motion Graphics Leadership: Design and execute high-quality motion graphics, typography, and visual effects primarily using Adobe After Effects to elevate standard footage.
- Versatile Editing: Edit a wide spectrum of content, ranging from fast-paced social media shorts and micro-dramas to long-form non-fiction formats like podcasts and documentaries.
- Narrative Pacing: Structure and assemble raw footage into polished stories, maintaining a strong sense of rhythm, audience attention, and emotional resonance.
- Workflow Management: Manage project files, organize assets efficiently, and ensure seamless delivery of final assets optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with producers, directors, and the wider creative team in the office to brainstorm visual treatments and execute a unified vision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics (agency or production house experience preferred).
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects (your primary tool) and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio/Showreel: A strong, diverse reel that specifically showcases both complex motion graphics/animation skills AND strong editorial pacing for long-form and short-form content.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of frame rates, aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings across modern digital platforms.
- Work Style: Ability to thrive in a full-time, team-oriented, in-office environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with color grading in DaVinci Resolve.
- Skills in audio mixing, sound design, or manipulating basic Foley to enhance edits.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for preparing design assets for animation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Benefits

- Paid time off
Ability to commute/relocate:
- JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Video Editing and Motion Graphics : 2 years (Required)
- Adobe After Effects: 2 years (Preferred)
- Adobe Premiere Pro: 2 years (Preferred)
