Qualifications & Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Mandatory background in Early Childhood / Elementary Education, such as:
- B.Ed. – Bachelor of Education
- D.El.Ed. – Diploma in Elementary Education
- NTT – Nursery Teacher Training
- Experience: Prior experience working with young children in a school or early-years educational setting will be preferred.
- Key Skills: Patience, empathy, creativity, effective communication, classroom management, and a nurturing personality.
- Personal Attributes: Warm, responsible, child-friendly, adaptable, and passionate about early childhood education.
