Role & responsibilities

Generate leads and source Home Loans, Mortgage Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Identify prospective customers through direct sourcing, references, field visits, builders, property dealers, DSA/DST networks and other channels.

Meet customers and understand their financial requirements and eligibility.

Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms and applicable charges.

Collect and verify KYC, income, property and other required documents.

Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, operations and other internal teams.

Follow up on applications from login through sanction and disbursement.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.

Achieve monthly sourcing, login, sanction and disbursement targets.

Build relationships with customers, builders, brokers and business partners.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications and customer interactions.

Provide regular business and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
