The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate AMI Certified Primary Montessori Teacher to guide our 3–6 environment. As a Primary Guide, you will implement authentic Montessori principles, observe and support each child's individual developmental journey, and foster a peaceful, structured classroom community.

Key Responsibilities

- Montessori Guidance: Direct the primary classroom using authentic AMI principles, ensuring all materials are beautifully prepared, complete, and accessible.
- Child Bonding: Create a safe, nurturing, and trusting atmosphere where children feel valued and motivated to explore.
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear, empathetic, and skilled communication with parents,



administrators, and team members regarding child development and progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous observation records and track the individual progress of each child in the environment.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualifications: A mandatory Montessori AMI Certification for the Primary level (3–6 years).
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience directing a primary environment with the 3 to 6 age group.
- Personality: A calm, poised, and pleasing demeanor with the natural ability to deeply connect with young children.
- Communication: Flawless English communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
