Moldflow Engineer – Automotive MNC

We are hiring Junior and Senior Moldflow Engineers for an automotive MNC in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end Moldflow analysis for plastic components and tooling.

Conduct Cool, Fill, Pack & Warp simulations using Autodesk Moldflow.

Perform analysis using Dual Domain and 3D Mesh.

Prepare and setup Moldflow models and simulations.

Perform meshing of plastic components and mold cooling systems using HyperMesh, SimLab and Moldflow.

Identify and troubleshoot injection molding issues such as weld lines, sink marks, air traps and warpage.

Interpret simulation results and provide practical design/process solutions.

Support product development and tooling teams during design and tooling phases.

Work independently on projects and manage analysis deliverables within timelines.

Coordinate with product, process, molding, tooling and global engineering teams.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Moldflow.

Knowledge of injection molding simulation and plastic part development.





Experience in HyperMesh and/or SimLab.

Valuable understanding of polymer materials and processing parameters.

Automotive domain experience is preferred.

Good analytical and communication skills.
